On the right side of the screen, click Forget my personal ID. A window will appear asking you to remove your personal ID once you click this button. 

Step 3: Provide the required information

You will need the following information to retrieve your personal ID:

  • Please provide a valid email address.
  • Having an active mobile phone number.
  • Your Social Security Number’s last four digits.
  • Routing numbers and banking PINs (ATM PINs) accompany a credit card or bank account. 

Step 4: Set Up Contact Information

You need to give your contacts a way to contact you and stay informed about what is going on in your company.

Step 5: Press submit

This is the final step before submitting your application. Read everything you’ve written to ensure there are no mistakes, then press the button to submit your application. Congratulations! Your ID was successfully retrieved.
